Santiago Meza Mafla is an Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant with extensive knowledge and expertise in many topics such as taxes, corporate, commercial law and free trade zones. He has been a partner of Franco Murgueitio & Asociados since 2002.

He is an active member of the Colombian Institute of Tax Law ICDT, Tax Committee of the National Association of Manufacturers ANDI, the Tax Committee of the Colombian American Chamber of Commerce - AMCHAM Cali and the American Society of Cali.

He has worked as a Director of Taxes and Legal Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as an Auditor at Tecnoquímicas S.A.

His teaching experience includes participation as professor of Tax Management Graduated Programs at Universidad Icesi, Universidad Libre and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Cali. He has also taught at the Tax Law program at Universidad San Buenaventura; and has been a conference speaker for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Franco Murgueitio & Asociados.

He is currently an advisor for recognized national and multinational companies.
